 WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED / IS THERE A LOCAL STORE?

We are a small family business operating in Guam.  Go the About Us page to learn more about our company.    Currently we do not have a local shop, and all orders of our merch are placed through this online store/website.  However, we are proud to announced our collaboration with our local partner Brewed Awakenings.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Local Pick-up - All orders with a Guam shipping address will be ready for pick-up the following 24 hour business date. Proceed to Brewed Awakenings  located at Guam Business Center Route 16, Unit 101, Harmon, Guam and present your online receipt which you receive after completing your order on our website.  Operating hours of Brewed Awakenings are Mon-Sat from 6AM - 6PM / Sunday 7:30AM-1PM 

 

 

All other orders- All other online orders for customers outside Guam (US, CNMI) will be processed packaged and shipped within two (2)  business days.  We only ship to APO/PO box addresses via USPS, so customers will be provided free tracking info, and should arrive within 5-7 days depending on location.  International shipping is only available to those with an APO/FPO address.

 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU HAVE DROPS/PRODUCTS?

New products are released once every month.  We sometimes announce pre-order specials.  Our latest drops and releases our advertised on our social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook) so be sure to follow us for the latest updates.  Feel free to also subscribe to our email listing.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not accept any returns  Items may be exchanged within 3 days after purchase.  Since we release a limited amount of merch on our products, exchange will be subject to availability.  Customers who are abroad may exchange items within 24 hours after they receive their merchandise but will be responsible for shipping costs.
